For best results take a couple of sips from a 16.9 fl oz bottle of water before adding one packet. Empty the contents of one packet into the bottle, shake until dissolved, and enjoy. One packet makes 2 servings. Can also be enjoyed in a mug of hot water. For optimal weight loss results, use Green Tea Energy FusionTM 3 times daily at least 30 minutes before each meal.
